Track Your Order
Track Your Order
Every Mavik order is dispatched with tracking. This page explains how to find your tracking number, what each carrier status means, and what to do if a parcel seems to have gone missing. Mavik ships worldwide and is operated by SICLOPAY LTD, Cyprus.
How to track your order
-
Check your email — including spam and promotions. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Search your inbox for Mavik and check the spam, junk, promotions and updates folders, since automated shipping emails are often filed there. Make sure you are looking in the same email address you used at checkout.
-
Give the tracking number time to activate. A tracking number is created when the shipping label is generated, but it can take up to 72 hours to become active in the carrier's system. Until the carrier physically scans the parcel, the link may show no information or an error — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your order. Please wait the full 72 hours before contacting us.
-
Understand the status you are seeing. Carrier wording varies from country to country, and tracking can stay on one status for several days while a parcel moves between facilities or crosses a border. The glossary below translates the most common statuses into plain language.
Tracking status glossary
- Label created – pre-transit. The shipping label exists and the carrier is expecting your parcel, but it has not been scanned in yet. Movement usually appears within 72 hours of dispatch.
- In transit. Your parcel is moving through the carrier network. On international routes there can be long gaps between scans — several days of silence between a departure scan and the next update is common and not a cause for concern.
- Customs clearance. The parcel has reached the destination country and is being processed by customs. Clearance times are set by the local authorities and are outside our control and the carrier's. Any duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility — see our Shipping Policy for details.
- Out for delivery. The parcel is on the delivery vehicle and is scheduled to arrive that day. Please make sure someone can receive it, or that the courier has access to your building.
- Delivered — but not received. The courier has marked the parcel as delivered and you do not have it. Before contacting us, please check with your neighbours, your building reception, concierge or mailroom, and any safe place the courier might use (porch, letterbox, parcel locker, garage). Also ask other members of your household. Parcels marked delivered turn up this way in the large majority of cases. If it is still missing after those checks, contact us and we will take it from there.
Orders with more than one parcel
If your order contains several items, it may ship as separate parcels that leave our warehouse at different times and arrive on different dates. Each parcel has its own tracking number and generates its own shipping confirmation email.
So if one tracking link shows a delivery that is smaller than your full order, the rest is very likely still on its way under a different tracking number. Please check all the shipping emails you have received before assuming an item is missing.
Lost parcels and carrier investigations
If a parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we open a formal investigation with the carrier. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we will either reship it free of charge or refund you in full — the choice is yours.
If you still cannot find your order
Email us at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number;
- The email address you used at checkout;
- The tracking number, if you have one, and a short description of what you are seeing.
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 EET, and replies within 24–48 business hours. Sending several emails about the same order creates duplicate tickets and slows the reply down, so one message is enough — we will get to it.
